Our classes include everything from table games, art, and ballet, to science, math, and music. We also offer a full program of gymnastics classes in the evening suitable for a range of ages and abilities.

Our classes combine the fundamentals of dance, gymnastics, and tumbling to help your little ones understand more about the positive nature of movement and what it means to perform.

Team sports at school are often quite competitive, which can be daunting for children who haven’t tried them before or who aren’t naturally sporty. Welcoming all ability levels, we concentrate on gradually building strength and stamina, while picking up on some principles of the game itself. Children can also participate in individual athletic activities such as jumping, running, tumbling, and gymnastics.

We draw on that natural curiosity to create an accessible enrichment class that allows for hands-on exploration of both subject areas. This inspirational art class helps children not only express themselves but develop an appreciation for the art of others. Each class showcases a famous artist for kids to draw inspiration from for their own works, including Monet, Jackson Pollock, and even photography from Annie Leibovitz.

We cover all the various branches of science with family-friendly learning and techniques. Filled with upbeat contemporary tunes, hip hop is a fun opportunity for kids to increase their aerobic skills while learning to memorize dance moves and move to the beat. It’s a safe and social space where all abilities are welcomed.

Our ballet classes for kids are taught in an inclusive, low-pressure environment. All coaches are well-versed in warm and nurturing teaching methods, helping little ones develop flexibility and fitness while having fun.

For 7 years she worked in jazz ballet. She graduated from the Academy of Music and Theater with a degree in Theater and Cinema Actress in Eastern Europe. She worked as a manager for a children's film company with experience in working with children for 15 years.

In 2009, a team of children under her leadership took part in the World Championship in sports aerobics. Since 2014, she has been coaching in Miami (USA).

First of all, I have to confess that I am a very happy person because my work brings me a lot of pleasure. When I was a small kid of just 3 years old, my mother decided to send me to a gymnastics section. By doing so, she predefined my future life and my profession. After graduating from my school, I entered the Academy of Music and Theater. My heart always belonged to the world of theater. I got my first job in a theater. However, I was not an actress. I was lucky enough to get in a dance troupe. We visited a lot of astonishing places, and it was my chance to visit the USA. After graduation, my classmates and I opened a film company, where we created unique movies for children. I was working there before moving to the USA. 
Later, I worked as a coach at a sports aerobics school. Already in 2009, my students managed to take second place in the World Championship in sports aerobics. 

I always had the following goal for my coaching activity: To make children fall in love with sports. I truly believe that when a person loves their profession, they can reach new frontiers. I am sure that there is no idea to force a child to do something. You just need to find a proper approach to reach their heart. That is why I am trying to be as diverse as possible during my classes. At the same time, I never forget about proper discipline to keep all things going right. Without such discipline, it is impossible to build a proper workflow.

I want to greet all of you! I am Oksana Hrebtova. I am a coach and a teacher of gymnastics. I was born and raised in the Smolensk Region in Russia. I still have a wide range of wonderful memories from childhood. When I was seven years old, my mother decided to send me to a professional and unique circus studio. It was the place where I discovered the astonishing world of acrobatics. We traveled all over Russia and visit many countries abroad. We also participated in various competitions and festivals. The most memorable moment is the day when we went to the Orlenok International Camp. We won those vouchers at an international competition. We were incredibly happy and joyful. I have to say that I never wanted to leave the world of sports. Until the age of 27, I participated in all sports and cultural events. I have three different educations: secondary specialized, higher educational as a psychologist, and higher education in the field of sports. I worked as the deputy head of the circus studio for 16 years in a row. During those 16 years, I spent 8 years at a sports school. For the next three years, I worked in the department of rhythmic gymnastics. I also spent five more years in the department of aesthetic gymnastics. I have to confess that it was my favorite project. My colleague and I made a lot of efforts to develop it in the city of Smolensk. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful sport for girls. They can participate in astonishing tournaments and competitions. We managed to achieve great results in Russia, I also worked as a teacher at the Smolensk State Academy for two years. I worked in the department of gymnastics. My name was added to the book called "Historical Chronicles of the Smolensk State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism." At the same time, I was the head of a leading studio of contemporary gymnastics and dances. I worked there for 12 years. After spending 29 years in the world of sports, I can proudly say that I know virtually everything about gymnastics. Gymnastics is my love and my passion. I want my students to fall in love with the world of sports. I want them to grow up while being able to choose a profession that will make their hearts beat faster. I also have a daughter. I send her to a rhythmic gymnastics studio when she was a baby. Now she is 19 years old and she is a Candidate Master of Sports in rhythmic gymnastics. She also started her second year at the University at the Department of Foreign Languages. What do I dream about? I want this pandemic to be over. I want all people to have a peaceful sky over their heads. I want each and every one of my students to be able to develop their own unique personalities. I want to see their eyes full of love for the world of gymnastics. I want to be successful in my professional and personal life. I am waiting for an opportunity to work with you!

I love working with children! I have been working with children in various fields for over 10 years. As a child, I participated in competitions in gymnastics and choreography, and this experience I have used to teach thousands of children the basics of this sport. In addition to coaching gymnastics, I have worked with children of all ages in theatre, dance, art, special education, preschool, and elementary school.

Teaching style
My style is both calm and energetic. Students work at their own pace. In gymnastics or yoga, you can always stick to a simpler version of the mastery pose, and verbal positive attitude is the trick (“straighten your leg,” not “stop bending your leg”). In baking, I check after each step to make sure the class is together before we move on to the next step. Victories and hard work are celebrated with applause and virtual A's, and there is always time for a little chat at the beginning and end of the lesson. Given my background, it's no surprise that I can be theatrical, expressing a ton of enthusiasm for my subjects and my students, and my background in stand-up comedy and improv comes in handy no matter what discipline I teach. I love to cook and bake for my husband. On weekends we like to sit and watch movies, go shopping. I like to swim on the board in the ocean, dive into the water, go fishing. Tennis, basketball, long walks are a great way to both work out and relax!
